In the mainland, there are debates, town hall meetings, and expensive commercials for elections. Here, it's a little different...at any given time, a candidate, like the one above, pops up a sign and stands by the side of a busy road and waves. Sometimes, they are accompanied by many others, all waving. Is a person supposed to vote for the best wave? Well, many times, the votes come from who the candidate knows or is related to.
