Ponapean combo meal: breadfruit, pork, sakau en Pohnpei

The following photos are of things related to sakau en Pohnpei. It is made from the roots of the Pepper Bush.It is used in many local customs. These are common sights on the island.

This man is growing yams. There are many, many words in Ponapean to describe yams and all things related to yams.
