Last Thursday, John was in service with a young brother. They accidentally visited a family that had just been called on. They chatted a bit, showed the family the Truth tract and discussed a little of it. Then, Fenina asked John if they could go to church with him on Sunday. Sure!! On Saturday, we went to see them and make sure they would be ready at the right time. They assured us they had never studied with or talked with Witnesses before but thought they could learn about the Bible.
On Sunday, John went to pick them up. All of them were ready to go when he pulled up. Before that, though, they had received opposition from family and neighbors that told them not to go with us. Fenina said they were going anyway, because they wanted to learn about the Bible.
At the meeting, all followed along with rapt attention. They are looking forward to having their own Bible study.
